 我于05年7月一次车祸，两死一伤，命运选择了我活。交通事故造成我四处骨折。前脑右眉骨骨折、右锁骨骨折、左大腿骨骨折（三节）、左脚骨骨折。已做过两次大手术了，现在，我左大腿骨仍然用着一跟钢钎、两段钢丝、两个螺丝，天气变化，伤处疼痛。<o:p></o:p>
 和很多幸福的人比我是不幸的，和很多不幸的人比我是幸福的。面临不幸时候我学会了知足。<o:p></o:p>
 05年11月给我派到频临倒闭的企业。蹬着三轮车我就上班了。帐上只有几百块钱。06年2月一员工死在单位，处理后事折腾了一个月，不能正常工作。4-6月企业工人锁门上访，影响正常工作。10月份企业场地出卖，我们面临选址搬迁，人心浮动。买家资金没到位，我们可以维持到07年底。07年市里修路，封道，车辆不能出入，无法工作。07年6月2日搬迁临时办公地点工作。松口气。医生告诉我，大腿骨折处没有长好，要入院再次手术。嗨！带着金属骨髓钎，制做了四架模型飞机，修五台侉子。行了，应该让医生修理修理我了。出院后我直接回到了单位，学习技术，修挎子。

<o:p></o:p> 05年单位收入108万，06年收入178万，07年收入258万，在这期间，为职工解决了劳动保护、公伤保险、医疗保险、每名职工张5级工资。半年600元奖金，年底1200元奖金，过年分大米、白面和豆油。07年创利润100万。<o:p></o:p>

 08年4-5月单位肯定要搬家了，还要搞基建。<o:p></o:p>
<o:p></o:p>
 挎子厂地没了，新的挎子基地已搞定，正在建设当中。<o:p></o:p>
